Positives: What breakfast? I went down to get some to eat, asked for cream for my coffee they were out asked for juice they were out. Didn't really have anything.

Negatives: The beds were so hard I could have slept on the floor. The shower curtain wouldn't close. The bathroom door didn't close the hair dryer didn't work we couldn't get the coffee maker to work. It was awful. It was so damp my hair would curl up over night.

Positives: Crystal was very helpful. She remembered us from about a month ago. Very kind.

Negatives: A note to the manager. The shower head for handicapped shower did not stay in position. It kept sliding down when we raised it up. Plus, water shot out of the push button device to switch from bathtub to shower. A receptacle on the left side (facing the bed) was broke. It was attached to the light. I gave this info to the Monday morning manager. She stated she would relay the message. I'm not complaining, just pointing out some areas that needed attention.
