Positives:
Pool was nice. Glad the hot tub hole was covered.
Beds are comfortable. Room spacious.

Signage! It’s so hard to find. I got lost in the dark and my Dad in the daytime. Need a bigger sign.
Pool room was cold and the pool bath was not clean. Also no towels in there kids were dripping wet walking through the hotel and in the elevator. That’s a safety hazard.
The breakfast was not great. The 1st day I got there at 8:15. The food was just about gone. I was able to have a waffle. At 9 the gal brought out more and people from outside maybe hotel next door came and mounded 2 plates and left out front door! Suspicious
The night staff was nice. Day staff nowhere to be found even if ding the bell and when showed up mad that you disturbed them. I could have just walked off without buying snacks but that’s not right.
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and if it wasn’t for the pool I’m not sure I will again.
Oh and even with the do not disturb sign on door they still came in and made the bed while I was downstairs.

Lobby couch had tons of stains. Morning decaf coffee was cold (not fresh). Some one was sleeping in stair well. Need more variety of oatmeal.

When I was first there the place is incredible and the lady at the front desk was amazing when I checked in and I was going to give it 5 stars until after I left I got a call because I cleaned up some vomit with a towel and they called to threaten me to report me to booking.com or pay for the towel and I told them to pay for the towel but I don't appreciate being harassed and threatened and told I should have left vomit on the floor for the housekeeping to clean instead of cleaning it myself with towel which was all I had I will never stay there again because I don't appreciate being treated like I destroyed something when I was trying to be respectful to the housekeeping staff and the young lady that called me was threatening and I don't like that either so that for me gives it a zero

Being threatened because I use the towels in the room they have a list of how much everything costs in the room if you steal it which is understandable but I was threatened over a towel I used in my room to clean up something that was spilled on the floor I will never stay that hotel again

Upon entering the lobby furniture was stained. When checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned & the hallways had dirt/crumbs all down the hallway. When assigned my second room the bed & floor were about the only thing clean. Furniture was stained, AC/heat unit had animal feces & dead bugs in it. Hair & soap scum on the shower walls. Shower curtain looked like it had mold on it.

This was without a doubt, the best La Quinta stays I've experienced! The hotel was fantastic and the rooms were better and larger than expected. You WILL NOT find a better place to stay in Conway!! And you can stay here without breaking the bank! Absolutely loved it!
