Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Dec 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Dec 27th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Please keep your animal on a leash when outside your room. In consideration of all guests, pets must never be left unattended in the guest room. When you walk your pet on the property, please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. Minimum check in age is 21 years or older guests 18 or older can check in with a valid military ID.
