The only thing I enjoyed were those comfortable beds & the breakfast. They had to move me from room to room three different times. That was very tiring being that I had kids and we had food, our things, etc. I can say the staff tried, but it was a lot. Once I check in I want to get comfortable and be in that one room until check out. Bugs were a big problem for me. I booked for four nights & spent most of the time packing up and moving from room to room. I do feel like I wasted my money and could have been accommodated with extra days once I FINALLY got to a decent room.

I was staying over at this point. The staff continued to be kind, upon rebooking/checking in I had a special request ( not to be placed back in the room as the night before due to that room ). I'm very thankful for them being willing to accommodate that for me. Thank you Super 8 staff, and location.

The staff had a no/miscommunication with front desk about my stay over so the staff had cleared the fridge out in the room I were staying. Apparently, they brought back the drinks, rearranged them into the fridge missing 2. I asked her about my drinks being rearranged in the fridge, missing 2? She spoke with someone by phone, informs me of what they said pertaining to the fridge being rearranged which is how/when I found out what my drinks had gone through and still missing my cup. She said no one drink those types of drinks. I informed her ( I had prior taken a photo of my fridge before I left because things happen ) and my cup my sister had just bought for me. They looked in their trash for it but no one ever found it. I wasn't trying to be mean, but also, I wanted my cup. All of this is about principle. The principle of the fact that rather previous consumers leave things at their hotel or not that all consumers are not the same so you can't treat all of us the same. Particularly, me for sure because if that other consumer is not paying for my room, those items, what do the consumer have to do with my stay??? Nothing, so that consumers CAUSE shouldn't EFFECT me. I witnessed another roach walking the border of the sink. As I said in my last review Super 8 please keep pest control on the speed dial? Thank you.

The room wasn't the best and I saw 2 roaches ( 1 ) sink ( 2 ) dresser. Not a lot I know, 1 or 2 makes 3 to 4. The part of the property I did come in contact with seemed to look decent. We as consumers are not trying to take roaches home with us. I understand that sometimes people bring roaches from their homes if they have them or during their stay overs. Which is why all I'm saying on that subject to Super 8 is that they keep pest control on your speed dial for all of our sake? Thank you.
