Negatives: The body wash was empty in the bathroom.

Negatives: Our 1st room had a bad odor, looked like maybe something was on carpet not sure what and there was no hot water. Staff did move us to another room. The second room was much better but discovered during night that there was no heat. Maintenance came that morning and worked on it we left for day and came back and had no heat second night

Negatives: The location

Negatives: Both women serving at happy hour were very rude.and nasty . My husband and I don't drink alcohol but just ordering soft drinks the staff was still very rude. The staff that texted me about the service did apologize for the staff being rude. Parking was taken care of as well after complaining. The staff is walking around hovering all over you during breakfast bothering you so myself along with the other couple couldn't even enjoy our breakfast. The rooms are old with a musty.smell they definitely need an update. I could have stayed anywhere for what we paid for the rooms and the horrible treated received because the rooms were not cheap. There was no business office to work, One worker said I could give the other receptionist my info and he could print it out for me like what? No thank you. My family and I travel multiple times throughout the year so although whenever we prefer the embassy we will no longer choose this establishment again.

Negatives: The room smelled like animal pee. There were pee, stains all over the carpet and even on the curtains. There was mildew on the shower in the bathroom and the cabinets in the bathroom were torn up and the safe in the closet didn’t even have the safe attached so it was broken. Also there were no bed linens for the pullout bed. We had to call to get bed linens brought up. Also, there were no quiet hours. People were allowed to hoop and holler and scream and make loud noise at midnight right outside our room 508. There were no coffee cups with the coffee machine and only two coffee pods for three people. Also, they had phones by the bed and in the living room however, neither one of them worked so we had to use our cell phones to call the hotel to get the bed. All in all it was terrible. To pay that much was ridiculous. And on top of that, they charged us for parking when we didn’t use any parking service.

Negatives: Roaches under and around the sink. There was also trash left next to one of the beds.

Negatives: I did not like having to pay to park there.

Negatives: You have to pay for parking at the hotel tho I paid for this expensive room. Where else would I park if I have a room at the hotel?? It doesn’t make sense at all and the complementary breakfast could have been better. More than half the stuff there my daughter didn’t eat. There was so pancakes or waffles and you have to keep asking chef for sausage and bacon. I didn’t like that cause everything else was a get it yourself type thing.

Negatives: Booking was poor. Did not accept AAA discount. Room got canceled and had to rebook. There was hair in the bathtub.

Negatives: However, we were disappointed to find the swimming pool closed, especially as we chose this hotel specifically so our daughter could swim. The bar staff was quite rude, which was an unfortunate aspect of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast experience was frustrating. The queue was far too long, and the food selection was quite limited compared to what we’ve seen at other Hilton hotels.
