Positives: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fresh.

Negatives: Bed was a brick. Pre cooked breakfast stuff was cold( potatoes, sausage, eggs. ) other items were good. You need to tell breakfast staff that warmer trays will not heat food that is cold. 2nd time at a Hilton that has happened.

Positives: Cisco whom checked us in was an exceptional front desk rep! His mannerism was top notch. He inserted great communication and friendly greetings. The room was very clean and did not notice any issues. Bathroom smelled freshly cleaned as well.

Negatives: As a property manager, I was displeased with the trash on the property grounds, inside by the elevator area, and the pool was dirty. Visual presentation is number one priority, and this did not meet the mark. This could have been due to the rowdy teen boys making a ruckus.
