Positives: Staff goes above and beyond to try and make accommodations, even when every room is booked. The breakfast is well curated but I come for the sausage links. Seriously they're the kind with an edible outer layer that peels back.

Positives: It was very clean. Breakfast was really good. Liked having the pantry for drinks, snacks or hygiene necessity's you could charge to your room; very convenient.

Negatives: Manager knew the bike event was happening and only had one customer service desk on duty. Didn't have enough towels in my room. Didn't have a pillow or sheets/blanket for the pull out couch; Had to go ask front desk for the extra bedding. And The pool was closed (It was 90 degrees outside) No Hot tub.
