Everything was excellent. My choice was upon kindness of General Manager Sonya who worked with me to stay comfortably. Front desk clerk was exceptional who was kind to call me to ensure I took care of business to secure my stay.
This facility is clean, Full Breakfast great, clean food always full. Rooms clean, soft beds. Memphis Police drive through frequently.

Got to be honest, the breakfast was not that great. Yes we are international tourists and have had plenty of hotel breakfast at similar hotels, but this brekky was not so appealing.

I had to wait over an hour after arrival before I could actually use the room. The window blind was broken and would not close. I was on the ground floor and it was like sitting in a fishbowl. Front desk staff did not find this an urgent matter.
