Negatives: The bathroom was a little small this time. I think I had a different room last time I stayed in June.

Negatives: Waited 20 minutes for the front desk personnel to show up. Room smelled very bad. Bathroom was bare essential. Random guy sitting in his van right in front of my window all night. DIdn't feel safe.

Negatives: Out of date, staff was rude. House keeping went in my room to change towels, left the trash cans full. They did not input the information of me paying the next few nights, I was called say That I had not paid for the next few nights, and then I had to call them within an hour. I called several times and I wasnt able to get through because no one was picking up the phone. I was away from my phone and unable to access it when they called. I Heard the message three hours later. I was called at 11 AM and I had to return the call within one hour. Unfortunately, that was a big inconvenience because I had to head back to the hotel being an hour away. Once I get there, the rude indIvidual that left the voice message then says that everything is okay. So you are meaning to tell me that I had to drive all the way back because you were so inconsiderate of not following up after saying that I did not pay and that I had to call within an hour. She was Irresponsible of not owning up to her mistake of not even bothering to follow up with me after she realized that I actually did pay. This is extremely inconvenient because I had to stop what I was doing to come attend these unprofessional individuals. This lady was the same person doing housekeeping, comes knocking On the door, saying housekeeping, knowing that Im there, only to see or Ill come back in a little bit. She went into my room when I was not there and who knows what she did because I never requested towels and Ive never gone through that before unless I requested. As far as environment, the room had a bad odor and the chairs were filthy, I think they can at least get seat covers for something like that, but I had to put a towel there On one of the chairs.

Negatives: I rented the room here thinking we needed to stay in our budget. Well ...that was a big mistake. I should have known better. This is quite possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in. I know that rooms on the coast are subject to the elements, but most of this mess was due to poor maintenance. Chairs had ripped up cushions and were very dirty. The curtains were not hung well. Room needed painting. The furniture and accessories were beat up (garage sale rejects). There was a lot of rust on any metal surfaces. When I asked for additional towels, I was told I had to give them the dirty towels first. The ice machine was at the very back of the property. Being handicapped this was a problem. I was given a room in the front of the motel, so I could not get to the ice.

Negatives: Everything. There was no AC no ashtray in a smoking room bed was terrible and uncomfortable

Negatives: Sofa are too old

Negatives: Some of the other guests were fighting in the middle of the night. Two different room guests. They knocked on our door at 12:30am and woke myself and my mother up. Started yelling and screaming. Almost called the police but the fight seemed to fizzle itself out.

Negatives: Worst!!!!!

Negatives: Poorly cleaned, dirty, sticky floor. Mold on sink. No air con, too brightly lit outside at night.

Negatives: The room could use some paint. It was very dingy looking
