Negatives: I got double charged

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: There was a generally unclean and unafe feeling about the whole place. There were 3 homeless young people camping in their car right next to our car in the parking lot, they had trash all around their car and a grocery cart full of trash that they parked between their car and ours. We had to move our car once we realized they were going to be spending the night there, they had all their doors and trunk open and were fiddling around with things every time we went out to check our car and appeared to be doing drugs. This was right in front of the office where management had to have seen them. The room seemed clean at first glance, but the last people who stayed there had spilled some kind of sticky liquid on the nightstand and on the lamp and it hadn't been cleaned up. So how clean was the room, really? Their website said there was a blow dryer and toiletries in the room, but there wasn't. The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and a bar of soap at the sink. So keep that in mind and bring your own. The website also says there's breakfast, there really isn't. There were were a few bagels, coffee, and juice set up in one of the tiny rooms, enough to keep you from starving if you're desperate. Don't count on breakfast, but the coffee was nice. The rack they have on the wall for hanging clothes fell off the wall as soon as we hung one hanger on it, the same thing happened in the bathroom with the one hook that's there to hang your towel on. The room had been recently painted, still smelled like paint, which was fine, except that it looked like they hired a meth head to do the painting it was so bad, and I think that's probably why the rack and hook were not attached to the wall properly and were just dangling there. It was just very poorly done and added to the whole rather unsafe feeling and showed management was being cheap and chintzy with things.

Negatives: The shower and bathroom

Negatives: My ride was late picking me up , so I requested late checkout n let MGment know ,ride would be there til 130 -2 , granted I stayed for 5 days , they were like okay but we need you out asap , right at 2 pm the asst manager comes n tells me I need to leave the room or he's calling police , I told him my ride is 10 minutes away , I was working from the room n had quite bit of stuff , took my 6 trips from room to curb by front of bldg , felt very disappointed with how they treated me n disrespected !

Negatives: The mattress was a little sub standard. Or maybe I am spoiled as I sleep on a very expensive Sleep Number bed at home.
