The location was great.
Negatives:
The staff did not care to be helpful or accommodating. Also I had a staff member who was staying next to me for all 6 days of my stay . She was rude and even trying to start confrontation with me. I’m a guest and never once had a single word with this person and soon as I get to my room she start banging on the wall and saying discriminating words towards my sexual orientation. Very uncomfortable and and there was no reason for this type of behavior and even worse no where to turn around and get help with the situation

I stay at the hotel...
Negatives:
The room was next to the office and all night the maid, pushing the cart and people talking could be heard through the wall couldn’t get any sleep I’m 70 years old, trying to recover from a heart attack and stroke. It was the worst night don’t ever stay next to the office.

This property is one of my go-to options when visiting Palm Springs, with a great location, comfort, value and friendly staff. They are also very pet-friendly, which came in handy when the friend with whom I was traveling was unable to find a sitter for his dog and needed to bring her.
Negatives:
I thought I had booked a room with a microwave and an in-room coffee maker, but the clerk pointed me to a nearby microwave in a laundry room (which was fine) and there was plentiful free coffee in the lobby every morning. I did appreciate the convenient workarounds! The bathroom door did not close properly, which could be fixed with new hardware.

Nothing. We stayed here before and apparently got the only good room on the property. So we thought let’s stay again the toilet went out they couldn’t switch us rooms until noon or 1 so I go back at 1 am told they still have nothing and I tell them it’s unacceptable we’ve been without a working toilet for 5 hours now so I went back and forth bc I wasn’t accepting that and all of a sudden they can switch my room. Get to this room and not really sure what the housekeeping does bc it sure isn’t clean the room and the mold in the shower upon check in proved that. All together just a crap stay I’d give the other 2 a shot before I ever stayed here again
