Negatives: The manager Cherie or Sheree, was a total rude nightmare She is NEVER in the office Complains it is too late at 8.00p. To request towels Does not put you on the list for room service Sits at the desk and crochetes She hawks people to buy her products She is nothing but a bully I received a rate from her night crew that was cheaper then what she wanted to chg me She came knocking on my door at 8.00am demanding more $ or she will call the cops to have me removed I paid almost 1000.00 for 1 week & she tried to extort more from me She is crazy. And scary The owner of this hotel should know more about how she and her son live in the hotel rent free and how she makes money selling her items instead of helping customers

Positives: Location is about 1 mile from downtown PS, dog area was nice
Negatives: Sink was clogged, fridge didn't work, room had a funk, bathroom door was extremely dirty, toilet was wobbly, bathroom ceiling was falling down, flooring in sink area was peeled up and massively water damaged, some outlets didn't work and others were on the light switch motion sensor so they stopped working when motion stopped
