Negatives: Water was warm and it lasted for 5 minutes being warm, also my key would work half the time to get into my room. The room wasn't that clean shower had hair in it toilet wasn't cleaned very good. The pictures look like a good place but it wasn't.

Negatives: the whole place was extremely dirty. the pull out mattress was filthy and disgusting. no linens on it. Asked for linens to be brought several times times told that they would be brought up promptly never came. at 1030 pm decided to go to the office to ask for them directly. at first the gentleman working the desk didn't understand what I wanted and when he finally did. I had wait 20 minutes for a security guard to bring them to to me.
