The stairs, as a disabled person it was difficult to go up three floors by stairs, there wasn’t an elevator that I could see, so that’s my only complaint.

Very good price for comic-con, staff member was super helpful and it was an easy walk into downtown

The bathroom had a lot of stray hairs when we arrived and we had issues with our door not feeling the safest and then one day the cleaner came and actually left it unlocked by accident (we kept the do not disturb sign on it after that!)
