The location was near where our relative resides that we were there to visit for an 81st birthday celebration. The front desk agent that checked me in was polite and professional. The room was clean, the A/C was cool, the property was quiet throughout the night and we felt relatively safe at the location and comfortable leaving our car parked on property. I liked the late shift front desk agent that helped resolve our TV not working dilemma. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about our stay.
Negatives:
There were two people lingering around the property, one male was rummaging thru the trash bins while across the way there were two "ladies of the evening" entertaining. The stairway needs a good power washing and the hotel towels need to be replaced. The TV remote control didn't work.. The kind lady at the front desk came up to the room twice even thou she had a foot/knee brace to help resolve the issue by providing us with two different TV remotes so we could watch television before bed. She is to be commended for her perseverance.
