It was lacking, but for...

Location is very good. Plenty of parking space. Can find anything you want within a couple of minutes drive from the hotel. Very good diner just across the street!
Negatives:
Hotel in general and the room including bathroom need to be refurbished. The corridor is fusty. Cleanliness needs urgent improvement. I found my bed sheets very dirty so I asked for the new set of bed sheets. The receptionist gave me one but I had to do the bed myself as there was no-one to help! No cleaning after the 1st night. I asked the receptionist again why there was no housekeeper service. I was told that cleaning the room was not an everyday service and I needed to ask for it! If it was a hotel policy not to clean the guest room everyday, guest should be informed when booking the room or at least upon arrival at the property!! As for safety, I understand that whoever can access into the hotel by any doors without hotel keycard!

Appreciated the coffee in the lobby. Checked in a little early with no wait. Room was immaculate. Shower felt great!
Negatives:
Grounds and halls were somewhat littered - I blame that on the tenants lack of respect for the property. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The floors looked clean but felt "greasy" possibly due to the humidity or product used.
