Negatives:
Stink bugs in the room. Spend $500 for 2 night stay and was disappointed with issue. First night staff seemed indifferent about issue and asked us what we wanted done. Checking out from hotel we spoke with Asst Manager and who was very understanding and credited us with points however AM did state “it’s that time of the year” which wasn’t really what we wanted to hear.

Negatives:
Not enough handicapped parking in front. Bed too low. Toilet too low. Hotel seemed booked heavily, but Bistro was empty on a Friday night. The Bistro is a wasted and failed attempt at providing a decent, comfortable, inviting restaurant and bar. That is sad for one of the world’s most eminent hospitality institutions.

The staff were so sweet and accommodating. They made sure that everything was taken care of for me as I was traveling with a new rescue pet, checked in early and wanted a first floor room near an outdoor entrance. Lots of nice little trails to walk your furry friend as well!

You have exceptionally nice staff. In particular I would like to mention Sylvia on the front desk who was wonderful and very ably assisted by Jennifher. Also the man behind the Bistro counter in the evenings whose name has gone out of my head (it has been a long week)
