Negatives: When I first walked into the lobby there was a stale smell. Terrible first impression.if my girlfriend had been with me,she would've turned around and walked out. I stayed on the second floor,walking through hallway to my room it reeked of marjuana. The room was very basic small tv,poor lighting and no cleaning service.came downstairs for continental breakfast at 9:05 and breakfast was over.

Negatives: Our room had yellowjackets and I got stung. Thankfully me and not my husband as he is severely allergic. I am contacting customer service as the front desk staff did not seem concerned, even after I showed them my hand and took the yellowjackets to them. I feel a full refund is in order.

Negatives: The price was exorbitant for the room which we paid for . The floor was tile and cold, sofa was extremely hard, TV control was well used, n o tissue box in bathroom and no hair dryer as well.

Negatives: Just, stay somewhere else. This is just a super sketchy place, especially with young kids. There’s people just hanging around in the halls, it reeks of weed, everywhere. Our first room had a broken toilet, we were moved to the room next door, so I got to see the quality of two rooms. First room -broken toilet -paper product shoved into the peep hole so you couldn’t see out. -the large lock on the door had really loose screws and it fully moved. -all the furniture was horribly painted and patched. -dents in doors. -mildew on the windows -coffee machine was not clean -the mirror frame behind the coffee machine was melted from the coffee pot I assume. (We were only in this room for 15 mins) Second room -missing tv remote -no coffee machine(I would not have used it anyway but, there wasn’t even one in the room.) -crack on the tv screen -the beds sound like a dump trunk unloading, like loud bangs when you get on and off them. -Fridge dial was broken -when you open and close the fridge it affected the tv-so I’m assuming there’s poorly placed wires back there. -alarm clock was broken into pieces and just left on the night stand -the furniture of this room was in the same condition as the last. -graffiti writing on the bathroom door -mildew on the window. The pool was fine, I honestly had no issue with the pool. However; the lifesaver was being used as a pool float by other guests. This place was absolutely not worth the price. If we were staying more than one night, I would have ate the cost and went elsewhere.

Negatives: Property was not clean. The breakfast was horrible, I would rather not offer anything if you are going to offer this type of breakfast.

Negatives: Poor efforts from staff, no cribs for small babies, breakfast was incomplete because staff had lack of energy to get the orange juice so instead he made iced tea from the sink behind an elevator with tap water. No sugar , expired gallon of milk in fridge exp date 6/19/24 and it was the night of the 21. The entire lobby smelled like curry. The pool area was not clean the rust from the chairs were leaking red liquid all around the pool.

Negatives: We had one towel in our room when we checked in and called the desk, none were brought, the next morning at breakfast we asked for more and there weren’t any so he would bring them up but didn’t, after another phone call we finally got one more towel. Rugs are dirty in halls, floors sticky in room. Place is run down.

Negatives: This hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering the $320 price tag for a basic room. It was fine, but the hallways smelled like cat litter, and the room also had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. Cleanliness was fine, but not fantastic. Appliances seemed out of date and stained.
