Negatives: When I booked I was not told anything about a $75 pet fee. When I booked I also asked for the room to be hypo-allergenic due to a down feather allergy. I arrived late in the evening to a desk clerk that reeked of marijuana and asked if the room had no feathers in it. He stated that if that is what I requested, then that is what I got. He asked for a $100 deposit for incidentals at that time. I asked for a couple of bottles of water and said I had to buy them because my Hilton Honors status meant "Nothing" since I booked thru a third party. I went to the room and found feather pillows. I called back to him and asked to switch out the pillows. He stated that all of those pillows were locked up and he had no access so there was nothing he could do. We slept the first night with our coats wadded up for pillows. The third day there I noticed I was charged $13 on my credit card I had left for the deposit for incidentals. I went to the desk and asked what that was for and was informed that there was a $75 pet fee charged to the room and that the water I had to buy put me over the top and therefore I was charged, When I said that was never explained she stated it was on the site but I must not have looked. I have since found the charge buried under other possible charges. I guess when you search for pet friendly, that means that are very friendly to take your money for no more effort in cleaning the rooms. I have since cancelled my future stays at this location and will search for another hotel for my frequent trips to the area to visit family.

Negatives: There was somewhat a odd smell in the halls. And I somewhat wish their were more options with the breakfast bar. But other than that there are no further complaints.

Negatives: Only free wi-fi for Hilton members and cell phone service was terrible. There is only one elevator- stair access on the other side of building. Booked two rooms and only one was reserved when I checked in. Issue was fixed though. Ice buckets aren’t in the room you have to get them from the front desk.

Negatives: *The parking is very far from the main entrance. There should be more entrances and exit doors near parking areas. *limited breakfast choices

Negatives: The way the receptionist wanted me to go away before I was done with my questions at the check-in. It's a little thing and I would still come back to the place, but these little things can be done differently.

Negatives: room was extremely cold. couldn't get heat to work. tv was very annoying. you couldnt get anything to watch as it repeatedly malfunctioned. ended up watching everything on my own cell phone
