I like lady at the cafeteria she made sure I was fed and so was my kids lol for breakfast juet a kind soul.
Negatives:
I’m so mad that heater didn’t work I request for it to be fix the same night I checked in. We left for dinner and play time once came back still freezing cold. Heater turn on up to 74 degrees still didn’t work. I have a fever right now because of the hotel room how cold it was and I have 3kids staying in room with me a toddler. 2 nights heater did not work until they I woke up to check out and cleanup it came on at 8:58am smh wth.

The staff - not helpful, rude. Our room was t ready to check in at 3:00PM - they were aware we were in the area cause we tried to check in at 1:30PM and were told no room was available. We were told a couple different lies - probably never going back to this hotel again.
