Constant issue with hot water and when I let the people working the front desk know they just shrugged their shoulders. Another instance is when I was extending my stay the employee was extremely rude to not only myself but another guest.

It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The fridge was unplugged and leaked water all over the entire floor. Microwave had to be across the room to be plugged in. Lumpy pillows, bed springs shot, the paint on the doors all scratched up from dogs. Dirty tub. I went to call the front desk and the phone didnt work.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Although the surrounding area is a bit sketchy, I've always found the beds to be very comfortable. This time, I paid extra for the deluxe room so that I could have a fridge. Other than the inside of the door being completely scratched up (perhaps from dogs?) the room was very nice and comfortable.

The area surrounding the hotel is not the best. The door was very scratched up.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower had good hot water and good water pressure.

The first room I was given had the bed turned up against the wall and stank of smoke. I took a pic of it and got a replacement room which didnt smell. The replacement room had a depression in the floor caused by a hole under the flooring.

The location was easy to get to. They did everything to put us next to each other.

The sheets had all kinds of stains, the doors got stuck on the bathroom. We had brown stains in the bath tub, outlets didnt work.

Broken window.. Huge crack in it.. Could have easily been pushed in. Mold stains in shower.. Strong bleach smell, also bed very uncomfortable.
