Negatives:
No restaurant for breakfast! Food was ordered and brought to room. It was cold and unappetising. I would say that cost of food was removed (we still had to pay tax). This meant we had to leave hotel for breakfast. Also no amenities in room i.e. shower cap etc. also extremely dark with insufficient lighting and USB ports for modern hotel.also asked for hangers twice and never got them!

After arrival the room wasn't ready yet and we got allocated the wrong room. The staff was very friendly and professional about it and solved it fast.
The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The housekeeping staff was also super friendly and helpful.
Front office employee V Devin, was super sweet. They did their best to offer us new accommodation for the following day. The FO manager was also really sweet and he and his team always went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable!
The area is nice and there's plenty of parking behind the hotel.
Negatives:
The café / restaurant was overpriced and less than mediocre. The staff messed up multiple times making the coffee. They were super nice as well tho.
