Negatives: Lady at the desk was very rude,

Negatives: The bed made noise when you got in and out and when you rolled over but other then that it was great

Negatives: The manager and his employees did are not knowledgeable about the hotel what so ever room was dirty heater did t work correctly toilet leaked would not refund me any money was told because Thayer offered me a different room at 10:30 pm that I wasn’t getting a refund bad business manager was rude and I was dismissed but going back ever and I’ll post it on social media

Negatives: It really needs a good thorough cleaning and some plumbing work

Negatives: They charged me an extra $100.00. When I submitted my needs to you, I included the dog. So that should have been included in my price from you. I expect the final total from you. They only had one ice machine on a different floor. We ran out of toilet paper our first night there. The shower water was luke warm. The only eatable things for breakfast were orange juice and yogurt. The man at the desk was angry looking, never smiled once, was half frightening in his stare. For $637.00, I felt taken, never again.

Negatives: Didn’t clean the room had to get towels, toilet paper and anything else that was needed. The staff were rude at the desk and the lady who checked me in had a bad attitude.

Negatives: Could be updated but it is clean

Negatives: I was initially charged 4 times for the room then rejected for insufficient funds. Their excuse was they had a glitch. I had to be somewhere so they said they would call me. When they called me. They told me to get there immediately to check in. I explained i was working and waiting for the health dept. I gave them my rearriival time. They then had the manager call me to harrass and say the same thing. Upon arrival again they were borderline Harrasing. I was too tired. Told them to just check me in so I can sleep at it was past 11pm and I had to be up at 5.30. They then started vacuuming the hall in front of mu door at 4.30 on the morning. They had someone above us that was pacing all night and throwing or dropping things. The next day I tried the pool. The steps in were waaay to slimy that o couldn't even enjoy the amenities. I walked by the desk in the morning and said have a nice day and they said oh you're checking out? I said no I already paid for 3 days I will be here for those 3 days. Wtf?

Negatives: Room smelled a little funny, like maybe a dog had stay there before. Smell wasn’t really strong, just very noticeable when you first walked in the room. Toilet paper holder was missing the end piece that should have screwed on to keep the toilet paper on, so the toilet paper kept falling off, which was a little irritating.

Negatives: When I checked in, I asked if there was a penalty for checking out a day early. Was told that it wasn't a problem. When I checked out a day early, I was told that I would be credited $94 to my MC. Instead, I was charged an extra $110 to my MC as a penalty a day later. I hated being lied to. During my stay the AC unit was removed for cleaning for 3+ hours and the entire stay the room was damp and humid. I was given a Handicapped room even though I am not handicapped. the tub, while having handholds was narrow and slick on the bottom. The shower curtain, cloth and clingy to my body as I tried to wash. The breakfast should be listed as "Continental". One could make their own waffles, or microwave a breakfast sandwich, but their was no real breakfast service. Cereal and pastry along with OJ and coffee were offered. It was very clean... I won't stay here again! The La Quinta across the street was head and shoulders better. The dates I needed weren't cost effective (so I thought) at my initial booking.
