Negatives: As seen above, the motel's vending machines are nearly at the top of the very long list that this particular reviewer (with over 122k followers) has compiled for your benefit, so you do not do what I did. 1. Staff was Eh. The ridiculous office staff was a twosome that looked like they were cast extras from the set of Night of the Living Dead. The gentleman that checked me in looked like he had been interrupted from slumber and for a full half minute just peered bleakly at me through red-rimmed eyes. 2. Beds Likely Purchased From a Prison. My bed at home is a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid California King. You literally sink into it and you sigh in satisfaction. I was not expecting this from ANY Motel 6... but still - my bed literally felt like I was laying on a thin-ass yoga mat on a sheet of old plywood. The frame is metallic and loudly creaks and snaps if you even contemplate movement. 3. FOOTPRINT On The "Clean" Shower Mat. Title pretty much sums that up. I had to look thrice before I believed what I was seeing. A small, likely female, footprint...a dirty, nasty filthy little imprint of a FOOT in what was cleverly disguised by hotel staffers to look like a clean, folded floor mat. Well played, Motel 6 Southington. 4. None of the Stupid USB Charging Ports Worked. Three of these again cleverly disguised as working ports built invitingly into the lamp bracket. Only one of the outlets worked. The other concealed a dessicated cockroach that I chose not to dislodge. 5. $4.30 for Powerade. You Read That Correctly. Nasty, orange Powerade. Nothing more to say. Just piracy. 6. Entire Property Dilapidated and Unsafe in 3 Instances. The whole place is screaming for a fresh coat of paint and new wiring, new mattresses made out of actual beds, etc etc. However, the railing on the second floor where I was lodged was broken from the wall and nearly gave way when I touched it. That's a broken leg or neck or back.

Negatives: Crumbling base boards, bathrooms not up to par, especially bathtub, rusted nails and open rotting baseboards. The rudeness of direct manager, only person working reservation. Did not honor bookings lower rate. Everyday price went up. Also cracks in windows and dirty, some rooms. Loud and noisy at times. Looked like shady transactions at times, maybe , can’t say for certain.

Negatives: towels were real thin. had the same towels all 4 nights i was there. road noise from the highway i could not sleep well.

Negatives: Room was filthy and smelly. Both bed linens had numerous stains

Negatives: Not to be mean but the first room we were given was covered in black mold so bad that I had an instant asthma attack. The guy was nice enough to give us a different room which was nicer than the first one but the floors were barley clean, the tub wasn’t cleaned at all, there were brownish blackish marks and the tub was filthy and covered in peoples hair. The water temperature didn’t go over luke warm. And the air conditioner was dripping green water outside and it was somehow leaking on the inside too.

Negatives: Drug deal and hooker on the way in that my kids saw. TV that didn't work had to fix myself. Missing 2 pillows. Dirty and falling apart facet, Chased a rat out and woke to our door open only security lock holding door. Noisy metel bed frames. Worst stay of my life.
