After Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: No breakfast was served . Why do you put this kind of hotels on your list. This can disinvite your old customers. I will be leary to go through Booking. Com. I dont know what surprises will be in store for me.

Negatives: Entrance door to my room is in a corner entrance. Did not feel safe going in front this entrance. Hall way is dirty. Air conditioner I was afraid to turn it on because the it looks . Room is too small.

Positives: It was at a convenient location next to the airport.

Negatives: I would never stay at this hotel again. I was placed in an upstairs room at the back of the hotel. The room had no telephone and the TV had no reception. It is the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in.
