Instructions for TV were wrong; couldn't operate TV; phone battery dead/off hook couldnt call front desk. Sat night, my room vibrated until 10:30 due to party below. Room located near stair well, Very Noisy, with loud people up and down the steps. Breakfast was lousy

Included breakfast was great, changed somewhat each day. Loved having access to the bay and Surfside across the street. The location was perfect. My sister who just turned 90 preferred the Bayside, I however made the trip specifically for ocean surfside.
Negatives:
Forgetting I am allergic to dogs. Caused red eyes and swelling of eyes. Therefore will not be returning.
