One of the staff members was very polite, and the hotel was in a nice distance from the event I attended.
Negatives:
The room has a horrible smell that stayed throughout my visit. I had to purchase air freshners and Fabreeze to continuously spray. There was a TV dinner of food and cups left under the bed. Two of the 3 staff members we interacted with were very passive.

The staff told me that they didnt change bed sheets on Saturdays and Sundays and then i woke up to bed bugs crawling on my son. I had to wake my sleeping children up at 1 in the morning and book a reservation at a completely different hotel.

The front desk gave some random person who was not staff a key to my room. I woke up around 1:30 am to find not one, not 2 but 3 bed bugs crawling on the top of the covers. My children and i had to get up at 1:30 in the morning to go to another hotel!

The weird men walking around the properties! The rude night front desk staff! They do not care if you need ADA accommodations although this available online. People Live here

They had bed bugs. I tried to reach someone to get my money back but I had no luck. Waste of money and I had to sleep in my car.

Maintenance of this hotel is poor. Renovation are badly needed, you will find a lot of lose parts such as door handles, toilet seat, shower walls, damage ceiling. In addition no TV guidance, no enough towels.

The size of the room was pretty good. ** my stay and placing a privacy tag on the door the staff still went into the room while we were not there and went thru our belongings. Thats not right at all.

Yes a lot. First roaches everywhere and the room smelled like someone just smoked a whole cigar in there. Also the shampoo and lotion bottles were half used by someone else. My main dislike was that even after extending (see above question for cont.)

air conditioning is full blast or nothing and aims directly at the bed - horrible. coffee pot was covered in dust and a bug crawled on a coffee lid. sheets looked dirty, blanket had a burn hole in it. Bathroom was dirty, ground in mildew

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen
The room smelled like urine and smoke and there were roaches in our room. After less than five minutes in the room we immediately left and found another place to stay. I am also still waiting for the other half of my refund to be issued. There is no reason I should be charged for Friday night. Absolutely disgusting. It is shocking that a place like this would even be allowed to remain open. Worst hotel I have ever seen.
