Positives:
The room was ample as expected for 3 adults.
Location was good for our purposes though local eating out while really good and welcoming was limited in choice.
Breakfast facility was good as expected with good choice of food
Negatives:
In a room for 4 there were only two stool/chairs for the counter attention to detail.
The coffee machine had mouldy coffee bags in it.
A replacement machine had clearly not had been cleaned through either. The filter holder needs cleaning too!
The cooker had some spillage or other that burnt and smoked making disinclined to use it further.
Corners on the bathroom had dirt and fluff in them showing a quick wipe down without attention to detail so you ask what other shortcuts have been taken.
A disappointing experience following a recent stay in a Sonesta suites in Lexington whi h we highly rated.

Very comfortable-only stay one night...

It was super clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Amenities were great.
Negatives:
Buildings could have had clearer labels (I had a hard time finding the right building in the dark). One of the chairs at the kitchen counter was loose and rocked. Key cards seemed to stop working around 9am but I didn’t check with the office because we were leaving.
