Positives: Property was amazing, pretty well located in the heart of DC
Negatives: When we pulled to the property it looked like a parking lot and was stuck for couple of minutes on the drive. We were not greeted or offered help for luggages from the bell/valet team. We were given a ticket and that’s it. FD staff was friendly and they did a good job dealing with a homeless man while I was checking in! Room was great, together with amenities. We requested the vehicle around 6:30 pm. 15 min after I headed to the lobby . After another 15 minutes waiting outside one of valets asked me if i was waiting for my car, he saw the car wasn’t pulled (even why i received a text saying “request has been accepted “) . He told me car will be upfront shortly, next thing I see my car flying on main street. Anyway, we tipped and left, when we came back around 11:00 pm no one was at the drive. Stopped at the front desk to drop the keys but unfortunately they couldn’t accept it because “ valet is another company and they are not allowed?” . Had to wait for 25-30 min for a valet to show up. Next morning, long story short, we waited for another 30 minutes. I stay to many hotels and I get it when you might have one time a delay but for $100 (charge + tips) i had 3 times delays 30+ minutes and this has been my worst experience by far.

Positives: Location was excellent, close walk to restaurants and museums, etc. Great breakfast buffet and liked that kids were free. Great old building well kept. Nice that a CVS was right next door to grab anything we forgot.
Negatives: I wished it had a pool and the restaurant open for dinner too. But restaurants were close and lounge did serve dinner.

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable. Food and drinks at the bar were good. Good location. We were given a $25 dining credit per night towards any food on property.
Negatives: Parking was a nightmare. Only valet available for $69. Was send info for parking garage around the corner for $20 max daily but it cost $35 daily to use. Obviously they need to update their paper they’re sending out after booking.

Positives: The staff was great and very accommodating, we were well taken care of. The location three blocks from the White House was perfect. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but no view. Since I am a Veteran, they gave us coupons for the four of us in my group - free one drink (up to $25) and breakfast (good for the breakfast buffet - $35). The breakfast was very good.
Negatives: Nothing comes to mind. The hotel does not have a pool.

Positives: The location is quite good. Inside you can breath the prestigious history of the hotel. Best breakfast buffet in the entire trip. Nice Christmas decorations.
