Housekeeping was a major letdown. Cleaners only came every other day, and when they did, the bed wasn’t made, and counters weren’t cleaned—they only took out the trash. It felt like the bare minimum was being done.
The TV in my room kept glitching, which was frustrating when trying to relax. On top of that, when I requested an iron, it took 40 minutes for one to be delivered to my room—much longer than it should have.
The bistro was another challenge. With only one staff member working, service was extremely slow, and getting an order took far longer than expected. While I understand staffing shortages happen, it significantly impacted the experience.
