The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was fabulous. We were very comfortable in our room and felt right at home. The elevator was very loud and had a rattling sound. The gentleman at the front counter who checked me in was a bit rude to everyone who asked about parking. There's literally a garage across the street, you guys should really do a deal with them for reduced rates for stays with your guests. That would avoid all the awkward questions and the gentleman wouldn't be so annoyed when people asked him where to park. Also the pillows on my bed sucked, too soft and flat. They hurt my neck. Get some memory foam to support your head.

There was a plumbing issue, and it was not addressed. The rooms are not soundproof. The hotel does not provide slippers and bathrobes, which is odd given that there is supposed to be a swimming pool. The continental breakfast is just a variety of untasty or unnutritious food.
