Hotel is awful and very disconnected. the parking of $56 per night was ridiculous, the $--- for 2 nights was crazy, consdiering no cleaning of the rooms and no one bothered to even check to see if youi need anything. Not welcoming at all!

Yes, I was promised I wouldnt have to pay if I got on my stand by flight. I was able to get on the flight and called the hotel the minute I got on. They said they already charged and there was nothing they could do. Please help me with this

Location was perfect for walking. Clean and safe neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Bed was firm and comfortable. Keurig was well stocked with coffee and teas. Very close to an inexpensive SpotHero lot.
Negatives:
Heating unit fan in our room was fairly loud. Thermostat worked but seemed off by 5-6 degrees. Pool was warm the first evening but pretty cool in the last morning.

Clean. Convenient location to museums.

Large, clean, top floor room with comfy king size bed. Staff were brilliant, especially bar and restaurant staff. We ate in the restaurant twice, both meals were good. Location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk for the White House. Also has a Metro station right opposite making it really easy to get around.
Negatives:
Only issue was the external noise levels despite being on the top floor. Windows look to be single glazed which means traffic noise is very audible and on occasions woke us up.
