Exceptional
Positives:
Breakfast was fantastic! It was well-staffed and had many options for food. The oatmeal was perfection! The hotel overall was very clean and beautifully/tastefully decorated for the holidays. We also used the washer/dryers and that was great.
Negatives:
Not walking distance to most of the mall/museums.
At breakfast, it was odd to have the oatmeal/yogurt toppings at the beginning but the oatmeal at the end.

Positives:
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a good assortment of different foods each day.
Negatives:
The room needed work. The closet door was broke, the bathroom fan didn't work, there was very little lighting making it difficult to see. I could've let those things go but then in the middle of the night our toilet stopped working and the shower did not have hot water that worked properly. I was told the morning of checkout a manager was going to talk to us about compensation for the inconvenience it caused but when I went to checkout the front desk clerk said a manager wasn't in and there were no notes she could see about it. Very disappointed for the amount we paid.

Positives:
Great location, we were able to walk to all the sights and easily found restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good.
Negatives:
We looked forward to sitting in the hot tub at the end of a long day of walking but it was cloudy, foamy, and not hot enough. We sat for a few minutes but were put off by the state of it and left and didn’t return to it for the rest of our stay. The pool was also very noisy.
Breakfast lines got very long at peak times. We were able to avoid them most mornings, but be prepared to wait up to 15 minutes when it is very busy.

Property was great for our family. Lots of room and it was great to have a kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable for my teenage son. We did get extra blankets to put on mattress which made it better for him. Parking very expensive.
