Positives:
I like the space in the room, the bed, the bathroom, the towels. The clean service, the staff at the front desk, is always willing to help you. I love the design, from the main entrance till the room. The story behind the walls. Every single detail has been thought to be part of a whole. I liked the location. I love the atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was delicious too.

The staff and the vibes - the relaxed atmosphere versus industrial structures embedded into DC's music neighborhood. No loud music blasting - low color temperature and a warm inviting layout.
The restaurant is ambitiously priced vis a vis the other neighborhood options, but you can't go wrong with the location at this iconic landmark.
Negatives:
Robe was not as plush as expected.

The happy hour was great, especially for solo traveller for business. The decor of the room is nice, the bed and bedding are comfortable.
