Positives:
The hotel is at a great location, the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
We experienced an issue with the room air conditioning, which was not investigated properly when we complained on the first day. This led to two uncomfortable nights and eventually changing rooms at 1am in the morning after the engineer could not fix the problem and the room was over heating. The new room was not ready for us, i.e., no additional bedding for a sofa bed or additional towels. Staff were attentive, but overall, the hotel was poor to fix issues or even communicate outcomes. The rooms look pleasant but overall are not in good condition as we also experienced issues with the toilet on the first night. It was not a good experience staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Royal Sonesta, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I pulled up, I was greeted warmly by Ben, the bellhop, who was exceptionally helpful and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. It felt like a true home away from home. The turn-down service was a fantastic touch—everything was thoughtfully arranged and ensured my comfort.
What truly stood out was the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
