The rude clerk, the 250 hold for a --- dollar room when there's no concierge, hotel shop or room service to spend that type of incidentals. The area is not well lit and lots of activity in stairwells. Rooms are ostentatious and very glaring

The Hotel is clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good every morning. 30 minute drive to Amelia Island beach and downtown. Perfect location under 10 minutes to the airport.
Negatives:
The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. TV?s in the next room, conversations, people walking outside and taLking on the balcony. Fri & Sat night was the loudest night. It didn?t quiet down until 3am. People slamming their doors at all hours.

I liked that the listing was honest while they sold it as an upgraded location. This location is a MOTEL and should be sold as a MOTEL.

The hotel is sold as a 3.5 star hotel. It is actually a MOTEL. While they do not acknowledge that it is a motel. The page that lists the details for the location state that it is 3 star. Please see the attached.?

the breakfast was GREAT!!! THE CHECK IN & OUT TIME WAS GOOD. THE PRICE MET MY BUDGET. IT WAS IN A QUIET LOCATION WITH EASY ACCESS,

COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. THE BASEBOARDS WERE VERY DUSTY AND HAD LOTS OF HAIR ON THEM. THE FLOORS WERE NOT THAT CLEAN.

$100 charge on the credit card in addition to the room price. They kept the money for 7 day. They are financing their operations with the guests money: 400 rooms x $100 x 7 days = $ 280 000 theft from guests. the

Cleanliness needs attention Baseboards were full of dust, very easy to see since everything was painted white Our toilet was disgusting with urine streaks on the outside,as a housekeeper myself that room would not have passed inspection.Cockroach scared
