Negatives: They did not have breakfast available like it said on the website. My employee asked for a clean towel and they said they do not provide clean towels and kicked him off the property. I tried to check in the next day and they said they cancelled my reservation and would not give my money back. They told me I have to contact Booking.com to receive a refund. This hotel should be taken off the Booking.com website and be shut down.

Negatives: The overall feel of the journey from the parking lot to the room was a bit sketchy. The carpet lining the floors weren't even cut off and tacked down; it ran up the sides of the wall about half a foot. There were a bunch of tiny ants coming out the drain hole in the bathroom sink (I just kept my things in a ziplock bag). In general, I am used to housekeeping typically making up a bed before the next night, which wasn't a big deal but the bed wasn't made when I came back. It was an awfully dim room. The microwave was crooked hanging from the mount. The stove tops looked like they had some years to them from the rust. I would have never taken a bath in that tub, it looked a little worrisome. I slept with a chair under the entrance door handle just to feel safer which isn't something I typically do. The first thing my friend said to me when she stayed with me the second night was that it felt sketchy, which I told her that her comment made me feel better because I felt the same. Not that it matters but there was even one older lady who stayed in the parking lot the entire two days of my stay, either smoking or playing on her phone. I don't know... the atmosphere just wasn't worth that much money in my opinion.

Negatives: I didn't like that the mattress was very hard

Negatives: The bathroom was not clean. There was mildew in the shower head. The tub was dirty and rusted the sink wasn't cleaned. The counter in the kitchen was not clean and still had stains from the previous people. The AC had a weird smell each time it would come on. The carpet was stained and smelled.

Negatives: Staff is never in the office or reachable by phone. We stayed in room 370 we had to get a new key every time the door shut because it only worked once. The first time I got locked out my 3 and 4 year old were in the room because I had stepped onto the porch. I did get someone on the phone that time but was told I would need to come to the front desk for a new key… while my kids were in a room unattended.. no thanks. There was zero sense of urgency from any of the staff to help me gain access to my kids although they did slowly walk up and open it. The door is broken and coming apart, it left a huge gash on the back of my foot from where the metal is bent upwards. One of the other times we got locked out I did finally get someone on the phone and then someone finally came to the office and she was SO RUDE. The morning of checkout I called SO MANY times to request late checkout, our trip was stressful and we were all exhausted. Phones still said it was after hours so I couldn’t formally request. At 10a house keeping came, I let her know we would be leaving but we’re requesting late checkout. She said okay, and then at 10:45 the manager (who is the one that suggested I leave my kids in the room alone and trek across the complex to retrieve a new key) came banging on the door rude af letting me know that checkout is at 11.. I explained that I had been trying to contact them and that I was so unhappy with the lack of ability to communicate with them. He suggested that I leave this review so here we are

Negatives: It’s old. The sink and tub were peeling with huge stains in tub. Couldn’t even take a shower. It toted being a suite and yet we were not even provided paper towels. Not worth the money. Not even a coffee maker in room. Who does that?

Negatives: Didn't like nothing

Negatives: Cleanliness, upkeep no maintenance over weekend. No house keeping only every 14 days. It’s more of a pay by week room to live permanently.
