They did not have our reservation for double beds reserved. Could only give a family of 4 a king size bed. It was under renovations and looked very dirty. We were told there would be breakfast but they did not have that either. We did not choose to stay there and will never again book with this company.

The mold smell was atrocious. The pot smell unbearable. Although I understand they were under construction it was awful. We complained to management nothing was done. The second night was the worst. We couldn't even sleep due to the smell of pot our whole floor smelled so bad. We were stuck because of the hurricane, or we would of left

One of the worst hotels...
Positives:
Clean and spacious room
Negatives:
No breakfast as advertised, ran out of coffee so no coffee, no hot water for shower but had hot water and no cold for sink, Internet didn't work. Staff was apologetic and friendly, was a waste of money only stayed because I had to due to my booking being "NON-REFUNDABLE". I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN! I could've stayed elsewhere for the price and at least had Internet.

The front clerk Michelle was very nice and helpful. And the morning girl I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was nice as well.
Negatives:
Zero hot water. ZERO!! THERE WAS NO PHONE IN MY ROOM, THERE WAS NO CABLE TV, AND ON A GROUND FLOOR HOTEL THERE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE CURTAINS.

Under construction. The ice and vending machines weren’t available. The hallways had a weird smell and the bed seemed broken.

Positives:
The beds were very comfortable, there was a refrigerator and microwave (both were relatively clean), big flat screen TV, ironing board and hairdryer were in good condition and it looks like the property is in the middle of renovations/updates to make it a nicer place to stay.
Negatives:
There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling and door, the floors were not clean, a lot of the furniture needs to be replaced due to rust and knicks, the floor in the hallway was missing chunks of flooring, the breakfast area had several rude reminders taped to the wall telling guests to be considered and to clean up after themselves because this "isn't your home". Also, at check in I was told there was a $100 deposit to stay at the hotel (even though I had already paid online and put a card on file for any extra charges).
