Negatives: Do wish they had another mirror in the room, obviously traveling with kids, particularly girls, the bathroom mirror is a hot commodity. There is plenty of wall space to put up another mirror in the room and perhaps another dresser would be ideal too.

Negatives: Had no sign at front so passed it first time. Parking a little cramp.

Negatives: Not having a closer dog park area.

Negatives: Everything! Dirty! Rude staff no wifi our entire stay!

Negatives: Nothing at all old building smells so old room size it was good but the comforter it was old with cigarettes burn small TV I will never recommend this hotel. The descriptions and photos on the website is not accurate that's spam.

Negatives: We booked a room on Friday the 6th of December through December 8th for my wife's birthday we stepped into the lobby the lobby stunk the lady behind the counter never made eye contact with us she was nasty gave us our key we went up to her room expecting an ocean view which is what we paid for and come to find out no Ocean view when we went back downstairs to let her know it's not an ocean view she didn't even try to accommodate us last but least we ended up canceling our reservation and had to book another motel at the last minute we had guests coming and everything and then booking.com charges us $95 for processing the cancellation when it wasn't even our fault so don't ever go to that hotel cuz you will get ripped off it's very misleading we were so disappointed we would give them a zero if they allowed it actually we wouldn't even give them a zero.

Negatives: WE FOUND OUT OUR ROOM HAD NO HEAT AND IT WAS IN THE 50s AT NIGHT. THEY OFFERED A SINGLE HEATER WHICH WAS VERY CHEAP AND INSUFFICIENT. WHEN ASKED FOR THE MANAGER THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME SHE COMES IN THE MORNING AND THERE WAS NO NUMBER FOR HER. THIS IS AN OSHA VIOLATION. MY DAUGHTER AND FIANCE WERE COLD BOTH NIGHTS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Negatives: I was displaced due to the hurricane. I came here with my service dog and my retired service dog and I made them aware of that. The gentleman who checked me in waved the pet fee. For my own convenience since I was working 8 to 10 hour days and we were outside of the hotel from between 6:00 and 8:00 in the morning and didn't return until between 7:00 and 10:00 in the evening, I did extend my stay. My room was cleaned a total of two times. The only thing that they did was replace the towels and toilet paper, and make my bed. They took a paper thin fleece type blanket and replace it with some holey blanket. Dogs sleep on the floor on their blankets, i would remove those blankets most days expecting my room would be clean but it wasnt. There were two beds, I used one to set my stuff out on and I used one to sleep in. They constantly denied me basic amenities like housekeeping. They never washed one thing down. Everyday I left my room and return to my room I took a video as I understood that this discrimination happens and I was documenting it. I also document it three times where I made a good effort to tell them face to face that my room is not being clean and I needed to be cleaned. On top of this there were a handful of other times when I would get back and my room wasn't clean and I would mention if somebody was there that my room was still not being cleaned, to which I would just be told I'm sorry and housekeeping is no longer there. there were other people there with their dogs and I also made sure document that I very clearly saw them going into the rooms and fully cleaning those rooms. I also record it when the receptionist told me on behalf of whoever the woman is in charge who I spoke to on the phone, that they wouldn't give me my $100 deposit because of smell, dog hair, and a claim that the dogs were on the bed. My room was entered even when do not disturb sign was there. Discrimination like this is a federal crime.

Negatives: Outlets were coming out of the wall and our door lock didn't seem to lock only when using the chain lock.
