Positives:
Breakfast was OK but women said the condiments were frozen and not thawed out so we can have cream cheese, jelly on our toast/bagels. Pool was nice.
Negatives:
Our first stay was great. Room was clean, everything was nice. Our second stay was awful. Spider webs in the corners of the room. Big black stain on the bed spread. Room had a very musty smell. AC unit shut off during the day while we were out with our pet left in the room and almost killed it. I can deal with a lot of issues but for the price we paid for the room, no way!!!

Very Very Disappointed this time!
Positives:
The room was nice size & clean.
Negatives:
The room faces the busy street, was very, very noisy. The door had a gap between it and the wall.
I was there for a family emergency, my sister was in ICU at hospital not expected to live. I let them know that I had 2 small dogs, was told it was a problem and there wouldn't be a charge.
I received a voice-mail the next day that my dogs were barking and that if it continued they would tell me to leave. I only left them from 7am until 1030 is am twice! I checked out a day early because I felt pressured and couldn't spend time with my sister at Gulf Coast Hospital.
