The rooms were nice and in a great location.
Negatives:
We had a family of 4 (2 nights), and there were only 2 sets of towels in the room (bath, hand, and face towels). When asked for more, we were told they were very busy and did not have any more. Housekeeping just look and tell you to go to the office. They never gave fresh towels. Next, the pool hours were from 9a-7p, and it didn't open until 2 pm. No pool towels were given, so we had to go to Family Dollor to purchase additional towels. Lastly, I noticed the charge on my card the day after check-in. They first call to make sure you're coming, and at this point, they charge your card for the stay when they are only supposed to charge once you arrive ( per Booking.com, no prepayment required). I then arrived and was charged the full amount as well as 2 separate charges per night for a total of a 4 night stay. When I asked the front desk and showed them the charges, I was told that they had only received 1 night payment, and the issue was with Booking.com and my credit card company.
