Expecting Windham quality, was surprised. The only comfort was warm room in cold weather, got one pillow, room not clean. The first thing at check in no wifi, did not say complete system down, the system was by my room looked completely gutted. To end my stay, breakfast non existent. Only cereal and milk, went to local restaurant. Went to check out, took my key. No receipt. And then minutes later nocked at my room annoid they couldn't wait the 5 minutes I asked for. You have plenty of competition at that location I could have stayed at. I do a major convention at Windham resort in Orlando. This was beyond disappointing.

The price and proximity of our room to our car.
Negatives:
Everything else. There was a little boy in the lobby by himself. We waited about ten minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check us in (while the little boy remained unattended). The clerk seemed annoyed with me off the bat. The rooms look like two people were responsible for making it nice and one quit before they started. There’s no way any of us would shower there. Luckily we booked it only to crash for a few hours while on our road trip, so it was fine. If we needed to stay there for any length of time, I would have switched hotels even if it meant paying for both.
