Positives: cleanliness (especially after staying in a boutique hotel and a shoddy rental!), decor, convenient location.
Negatives: Valet contractor seemed less professional + helpful than other places. Room a little small for the price and bathrooms not equipped for changing clothes (counter space, sufficient hooks), which may be awkward if staying with a group.
