We had an great stay at Hotel Renew! The location was convenient with it just steps from Waikiki Beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself felt cozy and modern, a nice contrast to the business outside. Our room was cozy and clean. We liked the access to beach gear and free coffee, which made mornings super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I’d definitely recommend it for people looking to stay in Waikiki!

The room was a little small and there was no cheap parking.

Positives:
It was located close to the water but in a quiet area further east. A nice balance. Overnight parking was available out front, and within a block. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming.
Negatives:
Feels a bit tired and worn and minimal. We chose for the price and location.

You use the disability logo for your hotel but don't provide disability accommodations. I sat at the front door in my scooter and had to wait for a guest to open the door for me. The bathtub did not have any grip bars and the toilet was better suited for a toddler not an adult. I needed help to get off the toilet because it was so low. The neighbors were so close and looked into our room. Since there were no curtains in the room we had to close the shutters to avoid stares. Consequently you sat in the dark, and that in sunny Hawaii. The elevator did not stop aligned with the floor and caused me to trip and almost injure myself. Your front desk (totally lacking Aloha) said that we could get our receipt from a third party (must be a secret or she was too lazy to mention the name) and we are still waiting more than two weeks later. In addition, your photos of the view from your windows shows an ocean view. That is false advertising. In short, the stay at your hotel was not comfortable.
