EVERYTHING. My family and i stayed during the holidays and we had 3 rooms. We all shared that on our first night, we were being woken up at 8am in the morning for ROOM CLEANING. Loud and lousy knocks waking us all up. There was an instance that i yelled at the person knocking to wait, yet they still barged into my room. Never in my life had i experienced such behavior of house cleaning. Some of our rooms werent even being cleaned for days. Although i appreciated the free christmas cookies you guys gave, housekeeping left it on my UNMADE BED and didnt even bother to clean the room. They just left the cookies on the unmade bed and didnt even bother replacing the towels.
An incident also happened where my dad asked one of the staff to heat up his coffee. The staff gave it back to him recklessly and it spilled on my dads hands causing a slight burn. The staff didnt even care to offer any tissue when we asked, they told us to get it in the restroom.
Upon checking out, no one even bothered to help with our luggages. This was just like checking in an airbnb rather than an hotel. Disgusting service. Don’t bother.

The location of the hotel was great. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It's away from the crowds, but you can be in the crowds in just a few minutes. The staff was very accommodating. They sent a bottle of wine with a lovely note to my granddaughter who was graduating from the University, which is the reason we were in Hawaii.
Negatives:
When we checked in they said that the four rooms of our family members would be on the same floor. None of us were together.
