Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head

Positives: Beds are so small.. room size was good bathroom was really bad layout where the door of shower no tub hits right up against toilet so it’s difficult to open door all way

Positives: Beautiful! Clean! Staff exceptional!!!! Went over and beyond to meet all our needs. Friendly, warm and welcoming.

Positives: Increadible location with stunning views of dimond Head Mountain and bit of the ocean. Beach a few feet away. Park write across the street. Birds were so friendly they would hang out on our balcony. Balcony was huge, as was the room. Excellent staff, I honestly never meet so many genuinely nice chill helpful nice people in one establishment. There is always a rotten apple. Maybe they hid them in the basement. Honestly, two thumbs up to the manager that is hiring these people Fantastic restaurant at the hotel 2nd floor open for happy hour and dinner, they had some chill nice live music when we were there, only thing is they clise monday and tuesday, but other restaurants close by They give you free aluminum water bottle and free professional filtered water machine you can fill up to your harts content.

Positives: Very clean and easy to get around. View was beautiful!! Staff were lovely. Arden Restaurant was very good.

Positives: Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is at the foot of Diamond Head and is quieter and calmer than the hotels right in the heart of Waikiki. Guests have access to 2 beaches and there are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels available. 1 complimentary drink per guest at the restaurant at the hotel Wednesday through Sunday. Illy espresso coffee machines in the rooms. Highly advise you to book an ocean view room and request that the room is on the top 2 floors.

Positives: Located close to the beach. Easy to get in and out of the hotel. Its not as crowded as the hotels downtown. Very friendly staff. Melvin and Anne were always eager to help us with or requests and questions.

Positives: Floors were slippery in the room. Shower was a short tub and it also was super slippery.

Positives: Loved the lemongrass ice towel When we arrived . The view of Diamond Head. The location, very quiet and away from busy Waikiki but still close. The robes and slippers. The restaurant and craft drinks.

Positives: The staff was friendly, always polite and helpful.

Positives: We booked for the location and were super satisfied! The hotel is surrounded by a giant public park and there is a small beach right next to it, shared by a few hotels. You are also not too far from the bustling Waikiki, only a 15-minute walk. And there is plenty of street parking all around, since you want to rent a car.
