The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and I loved that the hotel was very close to the ocean.

They ran out of body wash, and poop towels , microwave was broken twice and lost our food inside . Error in charges .

Close to beaches, restaurants and airport. Easy to get around.
Staff was nice.
Negatives:
Lots of wear and tear, especially around the door lock. The deadbolt did not work.
The Room was not clean when we checked in. Toilets and sink are really dirty. There is a bad smell coming from the sink and it gets worse during our stay. We got two bottles of water complimentary in the room upon check in, and one of them was already opened.
Complimentary coffee was provided in the morning, but all of them were empty every day when we try to get some.

Staff was horrible. I had to ask about everything, ie when/where is breakfast, where is pool, where is room, wifi, etc etc. There was no run down on hotel facilities or anything offered. Check in and out process is about 20 minutes per person in front of you. Multiple people behind counter nut only one helping customers at a time. Another would prioritize calls over people in line. Mosquitos in the rooms. Fire alarm woke everyone up at about 845. Went off for about 8 minutes. People outside in pajamas and no hotel staff told people it's ok to go back inside and that alarm was a prank. If you come here, expect poor customer service, waste of valuable vacation time waiting in ridiculous lines, and no support for customers to best enjoy facilities. Horrible waste of money. Worst hotel experience I've ever had and that's from a traveler that has been to over 30 states and 25 countries.
