Offered amenities. Unfortunately, those amenities were not available at the time of our visit.
Negatives:
The original room did not have the requested recliner (Necessary for medical reasons.) The next room was not ADA. Even hallways were narrow for wheelchairs. TV did not work, staff was untrained. and the noise of renovation was very loud.

Parking was very limited. A portion of the hotel rooms were closed for construction and remodel, yet the parking lot was completely full. I had to park on an adjacent street. It appeared maybe 6 other cars on the street were hotel guests, too

Property is being renovated, but we were in a newly renovated room. Staff was very good!

The coffee and other amenities were limited. There wasnt any water available except by request or in the room.

We were given the wrong room with only one bed. When i paid for a two bedroom. I went back to see if I could get a two bedroom room and all they could do was bring in a hard roll up bed. Plus I waited 10+ minutes upfront trying to get their attention. they couldn't hear me, since both were in the back with their earphones in, on their phones. Had to lay on a hard thin bed all night. Couldn't even sleep.
