Negatives: There were stains and cuts on our bedding, there was a piece missing in the window treatment plus a tear in it (if it had been removed we would've still had enough privacy), there was a crack in our lamp, toilet seat, sink, and toilet itself was loose.

Negatives: The breakfast buffet was gross!!!!

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Bathroom light wouldnt turn on kept flickering. I let the front desk know, but nobody fixed it. The people next-door were really loud walls are thin. The cleanliness of the room was poor.

Negatives: I out on clean white socks. The carpet was so bad my socks were dirty after walking around the room. The door was old and only closed when forced. Noticed as I was getting out of the shower.

Negatives: There was people hanging out around the entrance doors playing loud music till around 3 in the morning and drinking and smoking right at the doors. My daughter nor myself felt safe or comfortable the pictures of the hotel are deceiving the pool is nasty

Negatives: Wow, use to stay here years ago, and it has changed so much. The area has become very unsafe. Drug users and maybe gang members at the hotel next door and in the area making it feel very unsafe. They had their own security that brought a guy in that was bleeding from a knife wound to his back, blood all over the guy's shirt. Security guy was very nice and helpful, but wow. No one at the front desk all day, we tried to call to be sure our older sons could check in, and no one ever answered at the front desk. When we got there later at night, no one at the desk to check us in and 2 other women were waiting there for someone they had to call by phone. I asked the guy who finally showed for a couple extra towels since we had a full room, only 2 towels, and he said they were out at the desk and he would have housekeeping bring them to our room, but they never did. We are family so shared towels, but ridiculous. When my older son checked in, he is 21 yo, he said a woman was there complaining about a used needle in her bed and wanted to leave and to get her money back. Late at night, someone kept trying to open our door multiple times, and we kept checking, and they would be gone. My son thought it was a male teenager in his pajamas running around the hallway he saw through the door eye. I almost called the police because I thought someone was trying to get into our room. We were mortified, including my 10 yo son, he was very scared. I have lived in bigger cities like Dallas and Houston, but never thought Boise had this kind of crime. We were too scared to leave our truck there for the week while taking a plane out of town, so had to take it to the much more expensive airport parking for the trip. We will never stay here again, and the price was not where it should be for that kind of service and for the crime in the area.

Negatives: Cleanliness, beds, not enough towels, charge of $6 to take breakfast to go, poor A/C, disregarding of staff to enter a bedroom with a Do Not Disturb sign, check-in staff was not friendly or welcoming.

Negatives: They could have given a clean room, there were several people in the lobby asking for a refund when I went down due to the state of their room. I had a needle in mine at check in. Blood everywhere, dirty sheets. And drug residue on the bathroom counter. I also had my children with me. We immediately left.

Negatives: Felt unsafe People in corner out side drinking Back door propped open

Negatives: There was a party being hosted in the hotel with loud music until 3:00 am when we decided we were better off making the 2 hour drive home. Even after we called the front desk they were no help whatsoever. The rooms were dirty and we constantly had to close the hotel doors as they were being blocked open. Our uber driver also informed us this was a common drug deal site.
