Positives: Small hotel with clean room, beverage area and free breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Negatives: Only one thing, my room has a large vent by bed. One night, there was loud water gushing through pipes? The water gushing did end after about 10 minutes. Not sure, where it was coming from.

Negatives: Breakfast is a joke. No real hot food breakfast items. Hard boiled eggs is the only egg option and taste vinegar. Bedroom was next to workers utility room. Lots of bang noises at 4 in the morning. Shower never gets hot morning time or evening.

Positives: Easy access. Friendly staff. Went the extra yard to make things comfortable.

Negatives: First room’s toilet didn’t function correctly, plumber explained it needs replacing to function. Bed very uncomfortable seemed old. Second room we switched to had mold in the bathroom, shower head almost fell off during shower, bathroom exhaust didn’t function correctly, couldn’t clear the steam from the shower kept the room damp. Last, the toilet seemed new, but not ADA compliant. Breakfast was minimal continental.
